RADIO FLYER CUSTOM HOT ROD CHASSIS
PLEASE READ COMPLETE DESCRIPTION BEFORE BUYING. THIS ITEM IS NOT A COMPLETE CUTSOM WAGON. IT IS THE CHASSIS ONLY.
I have designed and built a custom radio flyer chassis that can allow you to build your own wagon like the blue one shown. I have this chassis jigged and can produce exact replica of it at a moments notice. This chassis is of the upmost quality built of .90 wall tubing, is fully TIG welded, and will stand out when your walking around at any event. I designed this chassis around the older original Radio Flyer Tub and is a direct bolt on to those tubs. For newer tubs this chassis will also fit by drilling new mounting holes. You can pick up and old Radio Flyer and remove the tub and build this setup. It will be up to you to purchase or source wheels and tires and hubs but the chassis is totally complete in raw form. It was designed around hub from BMIkarts.com part number #600236 or # 600235. It will come bare metal so that you can do it up with any color scheme you wish. Material used can vary due to steel supply available. Sometimes it may be bright and sometimes may be slightly darker mill scale finish. I have posted photos of the one that I built as a representation. The chassis is designed to work with standard 5/8" diameter go kart hubs. It will come with all steering complete including stainless steel steering links with adjustable hiem joints.

- hubs - wheels - tires - grips for steering bar ( standard 1" bicycle grips)
